摘    要:本文综述有关激光碎石的主要文献资料。评述了激光碎石在现行各种碎石手段中的地位和价值;介绍了激光碎石的简要发展过程、机理、目前水平及前景;讨论了使激光感应冲击波碎石实用化所要解决的主要技术问题和途径。

Abstract:The cardinal principles and its both advantages and drawbacks of lithotripsy means which is used in clinics are described in this paper. The position and value of laser induced shock wave lithotripsy (LISL) are reviewed by comparison among extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy (ESWL), ultrasonic lithotripsy (USL) and electrohydraulic lithotripsy (EHL). Because laser has small caliber and other advantages it is a successful method especially for fragmenting ureteral calculi. It is safer than EHL and produces less heat than USL. Laser has been became the first choice for treating upper third ureteral stones.
