摘    要:针对港口起重的特殊应用环境,设计了一种直接驱动的低速大扭矩永磁同步电动机,并结合Ansoft软件,对电机的设计进行了优化,分析了电机的带载特性,完成了最大去磁校验.作为传统的感应电机—减速机的驱动系统的替代品.本设计结构简单、体积小、重量轻,提高了整体驱动系统的效率.

Optimization Design of Low Speed and High Pulling Torque Motor for Port Crane Use

Abstract:According to the special port lifting applications,a low-speed and high-pulling permanent magnet synchronous motor was designed,and the design of the motor was optimized combined with Ansoft software.This paper analyzed the characteristics of the motor with load and completed the biggest demagnetising calibration.The results indicated that the design,with its simple structure,small volume and light weight,improved the overall efficiency of the drive system and can substitute the traditional drive system of induction motor –reducer.
