摘    要:利用有限元数值分析方法研究了混合型PCF(光子晶体光纤)的色散、损耗、模场面积和非线性等特性。仿真结果表明:混合型PCF在0.6~2.0μm波长范围内的限制损耗降至10-6 dB/m量级,并且满足双零色散点的需求,同时这种混合型PCF的模场面积在长波长范围内达到了755μm2,非线性系数为1.039×10-4 m-1 W-1,适合用做高功率窄线宽光纤激光器的增益介质。

Abstract:In this paper, we study the dispersion, loss, effective mode field area and nonlinearity of the hybrid Photonic Crystal Fibers (PCF) by using the finite element numerical analysis method. Simulation results show that its confinement loss is reduced to the magnitude of 10-6 dB/m in the range of 0.6~2.0 μm, satisfying the requirements for double-zero dispersion point. In addition, its effective mode field area reaches 755 μm2 in the long wavelength range, and nonlinear coefficient is 1.039×10-4 m-1W-1, appropriate for being used as the gain media of high-power narrow-linewidth fiber lasers.
