摘    要:为了提高缺陷漏磁检测有限元计算效率,基于ANSYS参数化设计语言(APDL)和VC++设计了漏磁检测有限元分析系统框架,探讨了APDL有限元模版文件设计方法,分析了VC++与ANSYS软件间的通讯技术,研究了F1ash与VC++交互界面设计原理,开发了一个界面友好、方便高效的漏磁检测有限元专用分析系统.软件运行表明,其不仅操作简便,计算结果准确可靠,而且能有效简化漏磁检测有限元分析过程,提高了计算效率.

Abstract:In order to improve the FEM computational efficiency for defects testing using magnetic flux leakage,a system framework of specific finite element analysis based on ANSYS parametric design language(APDL) and VC++ was designed.Firstly,the APDL template document design methods was discussed.Secondly,the communication technology between VC++ and ANSYS software was analyzed.Thirdly,the VC++ and Flash software interface design principles was studied.Finally,a user-friendly,convenient and efficient FEM system for magnetic flux leakage analysis was developed.The running results show that the specific software can effectively simplify the FEM analysis process and provide accurate and reliable results with strong reliability,simplicity and high efficiency.
