马来酸酐溶液法接枝茂金属乙丙共聚弹性体的研究

摘    要:采用溶液接枝法,以过氧化苯甲酰(BPO)为引发剂,马来酸酐(MAH)为单体,二甲苯为溶剂,制备了马来酸酐接枝的茂金属乙烯丙烯共聚弹性体(mEP-g-MAH).通过红外光谱确定接枝物的结构,采用酸碱滴定法测定产物的接枝率,详细研究MAH、BPO、溶剂用量及反应温度等对接枝率的影响规律.结果表明,当m(mEP):m(MAH):m(BPO)=100:10:2.7,反应温度为94℃,反应时间3h时,接枝率达到最大值2.81%.

Abstract:mEP-g-MAH was prepared by adopting the solution grafting method,taking BPO as the initiator,MAH as the monomer,dimethylbenzenne as the dissolvent The structure and graft rate of the graft polymer were determined by means of IR spectra and acid-base titrations,the effect of content of dimethylbenzenne,MAH,BPO and reaction temperature on graft rate were studied in detail.The results show that: the graft rate is up to 2.81% when mEP∶MAH∶ BPO=100∶10∶2.7;the reaction temperature is 94℃,and the reaction time is 3h.
