摘    要:以改性蒙脱土为载体、H5PMo10V2O40为活性组分,浸渍法制备负载型杂多酸催化剂,并对催化剂进行BET和SEM表征,研究该催化剂的制备条件对TCB酯化反应的影响.实验表明,当杂多酸负载量为15%、浸渍时间12h、焙烧温度120℃时制备的催化剂性能最好.

Abstract:A series catalysts with different contents of P-Mo-V heteropolyacid supported on modified montmorillonite were prepared by impregnation method using H5PMo10V2O40as active constituent.The characterization of the catalysts were carried out by BET and SEM,the effects of the preparation conditions on the esterification of tributyl citrate were investigated.The results reveal that the catalyst,with 15% loading amount of P-Mo-V heteropolyacid prepared by impregnated 12 hours and calcined at 120℃,shows the best catalytic performance in the synthesis of tributyl citrate.
