摘    要:有杆泵抽油在油田生产中被广泛应用,但目前系统效率一般较低。影响有杆抽油系统效率的因素很多,不同因素之间又相互关联,文中通过分析有杆抽油系统效率的影响因素,得出电机效率和泵效较低是造成有杆抽油系统效率低的主要原因。在现场应用过程中,结合区块特点,选取9个原始指标,利用主成分分析法,在尽量减少信息损失的前提下,将9个原始指标转化为4个综合指标,进一步分析得出生产参数、电机选型等是影响有杆抽油系统效率的主要因素,对其进行重点优化能有效提高有杆抽油系统效率。

Abstract:Sucker rod pumping system is widely used in oil producing,but the system efficiency is quite low at present.There are many factors that influence the system efficiency of sucker rod pumping and these factors are associated with each other.By analyzing these influencing factors,this paper concludes that the lower efficiency of motor and pump are the main reasons for the low system efficiency of sucker rod pumping.In the process of field application,combined with the block characteristics,9 primary indexes are selected and 4 principle factors from 9 are extracted using principal component analysis in the premise that reducing the information loss as far as possible.Further analysis shows that the production parameters and the motor selection are the main factors influenced the system efficiency of sucker rod pumping.The optimization on these aspects can effectively improve the system efficiency of sucker rod pumping.
