桥式起重机大车大梁有限元分析

摘    要:以桥式起重机大车运行机构大车大梁为研究对象,研究了桥式起重机常见作业工况,并选择其中一种工况采用有限元分析法对大车大梁进行了有限元分析,分析结果表明大车大梁刚度安全性满足设计要求.

Abstract:The finite element analysis is an advanced technology in crane design. Taking the beam of the operation mechanism of the bridge crane as the research object, this paper studied the common working conditions of the bridge crane, and then the finite element analysis was carried out based on one working condition. The analysis result shows that the beam can meet the design requirements of stiffness safety. Meanwhile, the finite element analysis based on other conditions mentioned in this paper can be carried out referencing the analysis method in this paper.
