铝炭微电解对含铜、镍电镀废水的处理实验研究

摘    要:在铁炭微电解的基础上,研究了铝炭微电解对含铜、镍电镀废水的处理效果,考察了铝炭比、反应时间、进水pH对处理效果的影响。结果表明,铝炭微电解最佳反应时间由铁炭微电解的30 min减少到15 min;Cu2+去除率由铁炭微电解的95%提高到98%,Ni2+去除率由铁炭微电解的94%提高到97%。此项研究为铝炭微电解处理电镀废水的实际应用奠定了基础。

Abstract:Based on iron-carbon micro-electrolysis process,the effectiveness of the treatment of electroplating wastewater containing copper and nickel by aluminum-carbon process has been studied.The effects of aluminum carbon ratio,reaction time,and influent water pH on the treatment effectiveness are investigated.The results show that the best reaction time of aluminum-carbon micro-electrolysis is reduced to 15 min,while that of iron-carbon micro-electrolysis is 30 min.The Cu2+ removing rate of aluminum-carbon micro-electrolysis has been increased to 98%,while that of iron-carbon micro-electrolysis is 95%.The Ni2+ removing rate of aluminium-carbon micro-electrolysis has been increased to 97%,while that of iron-carbon micro-electrolysis is 94%.This research has thus laid foundations for the actual application of aluminum-carbon micro-electrolysis to the treatment of electroplating wastewater.
