摘    要:通过热力学计算,分析了氧化铈熔盐电解过程预还原反应(2CeO2+C+CeF3=3CeOF+CO)的可行性;探讨了连续电解过程还可能存在的预还原反应(2CeO2+CO+CeF3=3CeOF+CO2)。提出了降低石墨材料(电解槽、阳极)消耗的一些设想。

Abstract:In present work,the feasibility of pre-reduction reaction of cerium oxide in fused-salt electrolysis process(2CeO2+C+CeF3=3CeOF+CO) was analysised through the thermodynamics calculation.In addition,the other possible pre-reduction reaction(for example 2CeO2+CO+CeF3=3CeOF+CO2) in continuous electrolysis process was also discussed.Moreovre,some ideas on the reduction of consumption of graphite materials(cell,anode) were indicated.
