| 摘 要： | 采用聚醚多元醇、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯和1,4-丁二醇为原料,合成了透明聚氨酯弹性体。讨论了硬段含量、异氰酸酯指数及水分对透明聚氨酯弹性体性能的影响。结果表明:当硬段质量分数为40%时,制品邵A硬度为85,拉伸强度为12MPa,撕裂强度为25kN/m,伸长率为400%。

| Abstract: | Transparent polyurethane elastomer was prepared from polyether polyol, IPDI and 1,4-Butanediol. The influence ofrigid segment content,isocyanate index and water on the properties of transparent polyurenthane elastmer are discussed.The resultsshow that the Shore A hardness of products is 85, the tensile strength is about 12MPa, the tear strength is about 25kN/m, the elongationis about 400% when the mass fraction of rigid segment is 40%. |
