耐盐产酯酵母细胞固定化技术研究

摘    要:就耐盐产酯酵母的固定化进行了研究,利用PVA复合凝胶制备固定化耐盐产酯酵母,结果表明:PVA复合凝胶固定化耐盐产酯增殖酵母的产酯、产醇能力相对游离酵母增加了10%左右。同时,确立了PVA复合凝胶固定化耐盐产酯酵母的最佳制备方法和条件。

Abstract:In this paper the technology of immobilized saltresistant esterproduced saccharomycetes cells with PVA mixed was studied. The results showed that alcohol--produced ability and ester -- produced ability increased about lO of immobilized growing sahresistant esterproduced saccharomycete cells were than free cells. The best produced methods and conditions of immobilized sahresistant esterproduced saccharomycete cells with PVA mixed gel were established.
