摘    要:以沿海的甲乙两厂为基础,研究分析了焦化及加氢两种含硫重油加工方案的利弊、投资及效益,并对各自的发展前景进行了阐述和分析。认为焦化与加氢两条工艺路线,在当前各有利弊,各有其适用的场合,但选择工艺路线不仅要考虑经济效益的好坏,还需考虑产品结构、产品质量要求以及污染物排放许可容量等多种因素。短期内焦化路线显得优于加氢路线;但长远来说,加氢的优势将越来越明显,尤其是油价处于较高的价位时。

Abstract:The advantages, disadvantages, investments and benefits of two processing schemes, coking and hydrogenation, for processing sour residual oil are evaluated on the basis of two coastal refineries, and their developing prospects are expounded and analyzed as well. Currently, both of the schemes have advantages, disadvantages and their applicable occasions, however, economic benefit should not be the only factor, and other important features, such as product structure, product quality and environmental factor should be taken into consideration as well. Coking seems to be better at present, but advantages of hydrogenation will be more significant in long term consideration, especially when the crude price stays at relatively high level.
