摘    要:<正> 一、前言尽管以硅胶和氧化铝为代表的吸附型固定相在分离石油产品及其添加剂方面显示了较好的选择分离能力,然而,当使用非极性或弱极性流动相溶剂时,由于油品中的重质组份极性胶质的吸附、滞留扩散等因素,导致柱效下降的弊病,从而使极性胶质的测定发生困难,也使上述柱子的进一步应用受到限制。为此,人们只好采用差减法求得胶质含量,这样做的结果使大部分的测定误差都归到胶质中去。有人用经典柱色谱法将得到的胶质含量换算进去,或用硫酸胶质法另行则定胶质含量。上述作法手续繁杂且费时,配合于高效液相色谱法(HPLC)使之失去快


Analysis of Heavy Constituents in Crude Oil by High Performance Liquid Chromatography
Abstract:A Quantitative method is reported for determination of resins in heavy cons-titnents in crude oil by HPLC backflush technique。A μ-bondapak-CN column(3.9×300mm) was used as the stationary phase and n-heptane as the mobile phase.Detection was made with a differential refractometer.Resnlts from two backflushmethods were compared.It was shown that precision was good for both methods,while accuracy was higher in the case of polar solvent backflush than non-polarsolvent backflush.
