食品中大肠菌群检测Petrifilm测试片法与GB方法的比较研究

目的]对比现行GB4789.3的各种方法和Petrifilm测试片法的计数原理、操作步骤、培养时间,比较研究Petrifilm测试片法与GB4789.3平板法的检测一致性。方法]通过实际应用情况列表分析各种方法的差异;利用实验室保存菌株完成加标实验,对比不同食品在测试片平板上与自制VRBA平板上的检测情况;用不同种类的食品样品进行实际对比检测评价使用效果。结果]Petrifilm测试片法具有操作简单、培养时间短等优点;Petrifilm测试片法与GB4789.3平板法在加标样和各类食品中检测中的结果,配对t检验的P值分别为0.37和0.16。结论]Petrifilm测试片法检测大肠菌群,检测结果与GB方法高度一致,在操作上和时间上有较大优势,非常适合用于食品样品的快速检测。

Comparison of Petrifilm and GB Methods in the Food Coliform Bacteria Detection
