| Abstract: | A method for the analysis of volatile compounds in hullessbarley by Headspace Solid Phase Microextraction(HS-SPME) with Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC/MS) was developed in this paper.Four kinds of materials of highland barley liquor including Walan,Dulihuang,Baiqingke and Heilaoya were analysed using this approach.Therefore,28,25,24 and 24 kinds of compounds were identified respectively.The results showed that different types of hullessbarley had similar components but each had their own characteri... |
