摘    要:利用现代化科技手段认真剖析造成白酒浑浊、沉淀的原因,并根据具体问题像白酒中的高级脂肪酸酯造成的白酒沉淀现象进行GC-MS处理分析,寻求解决方案及措施,保障白酒饮用健康。

Abstract:Using the modernized scientific means to seriously analyzes cause liquor turbidity,precipitation and the causes of the problems like liquor according to specific senior fatty acid ester phenomenon caused by the liquor precipitation GC-MS analysis,seeking solutions and measures to guarantee liquor drinking health.
