飞机用大型TC4钛合金锻件锻造工艺初探

摘    要:依据宝鸡钛业股份有限公司现有的装备和工艺水平,以及对同规格TC4锻坯探伤摸底,用45^#钢进行了预锻工艺试验,拟订了飞机用大型TC4合金锻件生产工艺,并用该工艺试制了飞机用TC4合金挂架。结果表明,用本实验工艺锻制的TC4合金锻件,其组织较横向差异很小,均为等轴的d+B转组织;力学性能指标完全满足技术条件要求;探伤检查除380mm×82mm大截面端面附近杂波达到φ1.2mm-9dB,其它区域均达到φ1.2mm-15dB,满足φ1.2mm-9dB的技术要求。采用本实验工艺共生产了3批次41件,均达到技术要求。

Abstract:Through processing the pre-forging technical test with 45^# steel and trying out the real intention of flaw detection for TC4 forging stock with same size, the manufacture process of TC4 forging with large-size used for airplane was studied out according to the existing equipments and the process level of Baoji Titanium Industry Co., LTD, by which the trial-manufacture of the TC4 hang frame used for airplane was performed. The result shows that the microstructure difference between longitudinal and transverse direction for TC4 forging forged by this forging process is very small and they are all the equiaxed-structure with+conversion, whose mechanical property can meet the specification completely. By flaw detection for other areas, the noise wave reach to 1.2 mm-15 dB except 1.2 mm- 9 dB near the end face of large-section 380 mm×82 mm, which meets the technical requirement of 1.2 mm-9 dB. Three batches, forty-one pieces have been produced with the test process, and they all meet the specification.
