| 摘 要： | 根据脱硫添加剂在600 MW火力发电机组石灰石-石膏湿法脱硫系统中的试验和将近1年的应用经验,分析脱硫添加剂对脱硫系统安全经济运行的作用以及在应用过程中应注意的事项,表明脱硫添加剂能够提高脱硫效率,降低运行成本,扩大使用燃料的范围和增强运行的灵活性;并强调在使用脱硫添加剂时应保证脱硫添加剂的有效浓度和使用的石灰石质量.

| Abstract: | According to test results and almost one year’s application experiences of desulfurization additives in limestone-gypsum wet flue gas desulphurization system for a 600 MW thermal power generation unit,the effect of desulfurization additives on safe & economic operation of desulfurization system and the attentions in the application process are analyzed in this paper.Results show that desulfurization additives can improve the efficiency of sulfur removal,reduce the operational cost,expand the scope of using fuel and enhance the flexibility of operation.Moreover,the effective concentration of the desulfurization additives and the quality of limestone should be guaranteed when the desulfurization additives are used. |
