| 摘 要： | 对传统配电网、数字配电网和智能配电网3个不同发展阶段的能量流、信息流以及业务流的特点进行分析,给出智能配电网的5个关键特征(自愈、互动、优化、兼容和集成)及6个研究领域.并进一步研究智能配电网的实施基础,分析中国目前存在的差距,以南方电网智能配电网的技术路线为例,对未来不同阶段的智能配电网成熟度进行评估.

| Abstract: | The characteristics of energy flow,information flow and business flow in traditional distribution grids,digital distribution grids and smart distribution grids are analyzed in this paper.The 5 key characteristics(including self healing,interactive,optimization,compatibility,integration) and the 6 research areas of smart distribution grid are given.Based on these,the implementation base of smart distribution grids and the present gap between China and developed countries are discussed.Finally,taking the technique roadmap of China south grid as an example,the mature degree of smart distribution grid different phases is evaluated. |
