| Abstract: | The research present state of measuring technologies and instruments for the fine-pitch gears is summarized. The key technical problems exiting in the measuring fine-pitch gears with high quality are analyzed. And the possibility to solve these problems with the gear integrated error measuring technology is forecasted. |
