鼓泡塔与喷淋塔在大型火力发电机组上运行的对比分析

摘    要:以台山发电厂600 MW机组烟气脱硫装置的鼓泡塔和沙角C电厂660 MW机组烟气脱硫装置的喷淋塔为例,从工艺技术、设备参数、运行特性等方面对鼓泡塔和喷淋塔进行了分析、比较.认为:鼓泡塔具有脱硫率高、生成石膏纯度高、运行方式灵活等优点,但存在系统复杂、维护工作量大等缺点;喷淋塔具有系统可靠性高、运行维护量少等优点.

Abstract:Taking the bubbling tower of the flue gas desulfurization(FGD) system for 600 MW units in Taishan Power Plant and the spray tower of the FGD system for 660 MW units in Shajiao C Power Station for instance,this paper makes a comparative analysis of the bubbling tower and the spray tower in terms of their process,equipment parameters and operation features.It is concluded that the bubbling tower is advantageous in high FGD rate,high purity of generated gypsum and flexible operational mode,but it needs complex system and laborious maintenance;the spray tower has the advantages of high system reliability and less maintenance.
