摘    要:介绍宝钢三高炉S3段冷却壁更换施工技术.该技术实现了高炉宝修期间且作业人员不进入炉内就能完成大面积冷却壁拆除与安装的短期化、安全施工的目标,达到了国际先进水平.可为类似工程的施工提供参考.

Abstract:Construction technology of replacing the cooling stave (S3 section) of Baosteel' s blast furnace No. 3 is introduced. This technology has helped achieve the goal of dismantling and replacing large-area cooling stave safely in a short time with no workers entering the furnace during period of the BF overhaul . As it has reached the world advanced level, this technology can be used as reference for similar projects .
