漆酶/木聚糖酶体系与重组木聚糖酶对OCC浆处理的比较

摘    要:采用漆酶/木聚糖酶体系(LXS)和重组木聚糖酶(X)对旧瓦楞箱纸板浆进行处理,以改善浆料打浆性能、滤水性能和强度。结果表明,经过LXS和X处理,浆料的打浆性能得到改善;在相同打浆度时两种酶处理浆强度高于原浆。比较两种酶处理对打浆性能的影响,则LXS优于X,LXS处理浆与原浆达到相同打浆度56°SR时,可以节省25%的打浆能耗。此外两种酶处理都能改善纸浆的滤水性能,在酶用量10 IU/g时,LXS和X处理浆与原浆相比分别降低5.6°SR和9.2°SR。两种酶处理后浆料中细小纤维含量明显减少,X处理浆中更少。对于改善纸浆的滤水性能而言,则X处理更佳。通过酶处理浆纤维质量分析、自由基浓度测定以及纤维素结晶度的测定,从理论上解释了LXS和X处理能改善纸浆的滤水性能和物理强度的原因。

Comparison between Laccase and Xylanase in Treatment of Old Corrugated Container Pulp

Abstract:In this study the old corrugated container pulp was treated with laccase/xylanase system(LXS) and recombine xylanase(X) in order to improve the beatability, drainability and strength of pulp. The beatability of pulp was improved after the treatment of laccase/xylana-swe system and recombine xylanase. The strength of two enzyme treatment pulps was better than that of original pulp at the same beating degree. Comparison between the two enzyme treatment results, LXS was superior to X. Compared with the original pulp, the pulp treated with LXS could save 25% of energy consumption at the same beating degree (56~0SR). In addition the drainabilities of pulps treated with two enzymes were improved. Compared with original pulp, the drainabilities of pulp treated with LXC and X decreased 5. 6~0SR and 9. 2~0SR respectively at enzyme dosage 10 IU/g. The contents of fiber fines obviously reduced in two kind of enzyme treated pulps, especially in the pulp treated with X. But the recombine xylanase was good for improvement of pulp drainability. According to the fiber quality analysis of the pulp treated with enzymes, the determination of free radicals consistency, fiber ctystallinity and contact angle, the reasons of improving pulp drainability and strength by treatment of laccase/xylanase system and recombine xylanase were explained.
