摘    要:以聚酯改性弹性聚氨酯树脂作为主要成膜物质,加入甲基异丁酮、环己酮、甲苯等助剂、溶剂以及铝粉、蜡等制备车用尼龙轮毂饰盖涂料。讨论树脂的选择、铝粉添加量、溶剂种类等对涂膜性能的影响。结果表明:该涂料附着力、耐蒸汽喷射、耐热性、耐冷凝水、热存放、冷存放、耐候性等都满足大众汽车标准。

Abstract:Metallic coatings for nylon hubcap has been prepared by using modified polyester elastic polyurethane as main binder and other raw materials including methyl isobutyl ketone (MIBK), cyclohexanone (CYC), methylbenzene, aluminum powder and wax, etc. The influence of resin selection, aluminum powder amount and solvent type, etc. on the film properties is examined. The result indicates that the metallic coatings have good properties such as adhesion, steam resistance, thermal resistance, condensation water resistance, heat and cold storage stability as well as weatherability, qualifying the specifications of Volkswagen.
