钢桥梁的长效防腐涂装

长效防腐涂装是钢桥建设过程中极为重要的一环,本文简要介绍了钢桥梁常见防腐体系,结合案例着重分析了标准规范、涂装配套体系设计、涂料质量、施工管理及施工等影响桥梁长效防腐的主要因素,并对相关环节提出了改进意见,以保证钢桥防腐涂装质量能达到或超过设计的使用年限,提高钢桥梁防腐质量,最后展望了未来的长效防腐涂装的智能化施工与水性涂料应用。

Research on Long-Lasting Anticorrosive Coating of Steel Bridge

A long-lasting anticorrosive coating is the key part of the steel bridge construction process. In this paper, the typical corrosion systems of the steel bridge is briefly introduced. Combining with the practical cases, the effects of the standard specification, coating system design, coating quality and construction management and construction on the long-lasting anticorrosive performance of the steel bridge are analyzed. Meanwhile, the modification of the related processes is proposed to ensure that the quality of anticorrosive coating for the steel bridge can reach or exceed the designed service life. Finally, the smart coating process of the long-lasting anticorrosive coating and the application of the waterborne coatings are prospected.
