摘    要:选用环氧树脂E-51、邻苯二甲酸酐(PA)和聚乙二醇单甲醚(MPEG)为原料,合成了反应型非离子水性环氧树脂乳化剂,然后通过相反转法制备了水性环氧树脂乳液,研究了MPEG相对分子质量乳化剂用量对乳液稳定性和涂膜固化性能的影响。采用红外光谱(FT-IR)对乳化剂进行结构表征,通过透射电镜(TEM)观察了乳液中乳胶粒的形貌及其分布状态。结果表明:当MPEG相对分子质量为2 000,乳化剂用量为10%时,乳液稳定性良好,且制得的水性环氧树脂乳液的涂膜固化物具有优良的涂膜性能,铅笔硬度达2H,柔韧性为2 mm,耐冲击性达50 cm;耐水性优良。

Abstract:Reactive nonionic waterborne epoxy resin emulsifier were prepared by epoxy resin E-51,o-Phthalic anhydride(PA) and methoxypolyethylene glycols (MPEG),which was then used to prepare the epoxy resin emulsion by phase inversion process. The stability and curing properties of waterborne epoxy emulsion were discussed. The structure of the emulsifier was characterized by FT-IR. Furthermore, the morphology and distribution of the latex particles were characterized by transmission electron microscope (TEM). The results showed that the emulsion had good stability when the dosage of emulsifier was 10 wt% and the molecular weight of MPEG was 2000. The cured film of the prepared epoxy resin emulsion showed good pencil hardness over 2H, good water resistance and flexibility (2 mm) as well as impact resistance up to 50 cm.
