| 摘 要： | 后勤社会化改革，在加快高等学校发展的同时，也给学生思想教育工作，提出了新的要求。学校要在后勤社会化条件下，完善工作机制，加强队伍建设；推进党团组织、学生辅导员进公寓、进社区；实施自我管理，丰富校园文化，营造良好的思想教育氛围，将学生的自我需要与社会需要有机地结合起来，不断增强学生思想教育的针对性，主动性和实效性，创新后勤社会化改革形势下的学生思想工作。

| Abstract: | The innovative socialized logistics reforming fastens the development of the colleges and universities, it also causes some new difficulties to the ideological work of the students. Colleges should improve the working system, strengthen the qualifications of the staff, push the organization of the Party, the League and assistant teachers to enter to the dormitory, carry out self-supervise and make the campus more colorful, so as to create a better atmosphere for ideological work. The colleges should combine the students' demands with the society's requirements, continuously strengthen the pertinence, initiative and effectiveness of the students' ideological work, innovate the students' ideological work under the socialized logistics reforming. |
