电站大型管道的推弯工艺及其计算机辅助设计

分析了中频弯管推弯工艺的特点。特别指出了“过渡阶段”工艺的重要性，并且结合试验提出了定量化的推变工艺方案和用计算机辅助设计进行推弯工艺分析和设计的方法。该工艺方案和计算机辅助工艺分析软件包已应用在中频弯管计算机监控系统上，在国内首次实现了中频这的自动化并且弯制出质量合格的弯管。

BENDING TECHNIQUE AND IT'S CAD FOR PIPES IN POWER STATION

Analysis the characteristics of bending technique for induction pipe bending. Emphasis the importance of the transition stage. In combination with test result, this paper gives a quantitative bending technique and a computer aid analysis and design method for the technique. This technique and CAD software package have being used in the monitor and control system for induction bending. The products that are up to standard have being made by this bending technique.
