乙烯基树脂的增稠

摘    要:乙烯基树脂可用二异氰酸酯化合物增稠,增稠速度随增稠剂用量的增多而加快,因增稠剂的分子量或树脂的酸值的增大而降低;低收缩剂的加入使增稠速度降低。红外光谱和化学分析法证明,在乙烯基树脂增稠过程中,体系的-NCO基和-OH基浓度逐渐减少,表明乙烯基树脂的增稠是由于~NCO基与树脂中的羟基反应,使大分子扩链,分子量不断增大的结果。

Abstract:Vinylester resin can be thickened by diisocyanate compounds. The factors which influence the thickening of vinylester resin were investigated. It was found from IR spectroscopy and chemical analysis that the amount of -NCO and -OH groups in the system decrease during the thickening process.
