摘    要:分析了安钢烧结厂105m^2烧结机固体燃耗较高的原因。介绍了安钢烧结厂所采取的强化管理的一系列节能降耗措施,加强原料混匀和生石灰配加操作,改进制粒系统和余热回收利用装置,应用能够显著降低烧结机系统漏风的新技术,推行“小球团,低碳,厚料层烧结”等。通过对生产操作和工艺控制的加强,新工艺、新技术的应用,安钢烧结节能效果显著。

Abstract:The reasons of higher fuel consumption on 105 mz sintering machine at Angang Sinter Plant than that at other plants were analyzed. The measurements adopted to decrease fuel consumption, such as improvement in management, raw material preparation with adding burnt quick lime were introduced. The modification of pelletization, preheating equipment and technology for further decreasing air leakage were also adopted with use of small pellets, lower carbon and thick sinter layer. In this way, obvious effects were obtained.
