| 摘 要： | 本文从相似原理出发,对当前建筑消防安全管理中以单一因素(如建筑火灾总损失值)作为评估指标来评估各地区的建筑消防安全管理质量和水平,而忽略了各地区自然环境因素,人类生产活动因素,以及地区消防安全管理和扑救力量等差异诸因素的影响,从而使评价失去了同一性原则进行了分析。本文力图选定表征上述差异的物理参数,借助量纲分析法求出其无量纲当量式,并以此作为科学评估各地区建筑消防安全管理水平的目标函数。以发现建筑消防安全管理的先进地区,总结其经验,并为建筑消防安全管理的科学化再投入提供科学依据。同时也为建筑消防安全管理统计资料科学化提供科学依据。

| Abstract: | The management of the present building's firesafety is evaluated with one factor as the total building's loses of conflagation.It neglects the environmental factor.the mankind's productive activities,the factor of fire fighting management and the factor of remedial measure so that an evaluation of firesafety is made with different principles.In this paper,physical parameters show the idfferences in evaluation.Then a non-dimensional equivalent expression as objective function is obtained with the aid of dimensional method,which provides scientific bases for the evaluation of firesafety. |
