| 摘 要： | 高科技中小企业在创新方面具有优势,但其发展受到融资瓶颈的制约.通过对高科技中小企业融资结构进行的调查,分析了高科技中小企业的融资特点和融资困难的成因,以期对解决我国高科技中小企业的融资困难有所帮助.
