电子布处理剂中的泡沫、稳定性和应对

摘    要:介绍了电子布化学处理追求高效、高质量和提高处理速度的趋势。提速后的处理工艺必然使含有电解质的阳离子硅氧烷水乳液(即处理剂)产生泡沫层加厚;处理剂体系本身存有不稳定性,提速后其不稳定性加剧且引入更多杂质;对电子布化学处理而言,由于织物结构所致也需要采用提高润湿性的手段来提高处理品质。针对这些情况,选用并对比二种非离子表面活性剂与处理剂混用效果,得到结论:选用氟素表面活性剂是一个具有创新工程应用、有市场应用前景和良好企业和社会经济效益之途径。

Abstract:The pursuit for high efficiency,high quality and higher speed in the chemical finish of electronic fabrics is introduced. Higher speed of finishing must increase the thickness of the foam layer produced from the cationic siloxane emulsion containing electrolyle.As the finish system itself is not stable,its unstability is increased at higher speed.Due to fabric structure,it is also necessary to take measures to improve the wettability of fabrics to enhance finishing quality.For these reasons,two types of non- ionic surfactants were seleted to mix with the finish and the results were compared,coming to a conclusion that the use of fluorine surfactant is an innovative and promising approach with good economic and social benefits.
