| Abstract: | Presently,attention should be paid to the seriousness and elaboration in examination and approval in the system of planning examination and approval for construction projects in the whole sys- tem of the planning administration.The concept of governmental action planning should be introduced to carry forward the publicity and participation in planning and prominence be given to the aim of reaching the designated goal and execution of law in the planning inspection. |
