| 摘 要： | 大连石化公司炼油工艺加热炉运行中存在着一系列的问题,针对这些问题,提出了改进措施,包括提高管理水平;进行脱硫技术改造,使进管网的干气H2S含量达标;降低燃料消耗;改造加热炉及附属设施,提高热效率。措施的实施使炉效率达87.81%,全年节约燃料4066t,直接降本增效730多万元。

| Abstract: | There are a lot of problems in the operation of refinery process furnace in Daliang Petrochemical Company.Measures to solve the problems are put forth,including improvement of management level,transformation of desulfurating technology to come up to standard of H2S content in dry gas from pipe net,reduction of fuel consumption;refitment of furnace and accessory equipment to improve efficiency.The efficiency of furnace is up to 87.8%,the fuel consumption decreases 4066t,and the annual profit and tax increase more than 7.3 millions RMB after these measures have been put into effect. |
