| 摘 要： | 内燃机工作时,活塞承受着高温、高压和剧烈交变载荷的作用,活塞销孔部位极易产生疲劳而导致失效。活塞销孔直径、圆柱度和粗糙度加工精度高,提高活塞销孔的精度和可靠性是活塞加工的关键因素,本文主要对活塞销孔镗削和滚压工艺进行分析和研究。

| Abstract: | During the working process,the piston bears the impact of the high temperature,pressure and severe cyclic loading.This condition normally causes the pin bore fatigue and damage.The diameter,cylindricity and roughness of the pin bore should be machined by high precision manufacturing technology.The key factor for the piston manufacturing is related to the improvement for the pin bore precision and reliability.This article mainly analyzes the technology used for boring and rolling of piston pin bore. |
