| 摘 要： | 分析了影响汽车保险杠专用料聚丙(烯PPS)P179悬臂梁缺口冲击强度测试结果的因素。结果表明:制样工艺不合理导致结果的偏差增大;制备缺口的相对刀速过大或过小都会导致测试结果偏低;刀刃质量差导致冲击强度偏低;在合理的制样工艺下,试样在缺口加工后只需调节4 h便可进行测试;试验仪器对结果也有一定影响需,定期进行检验。
