摘    要:发动机拉缸是一种常见故障,对发动机性能有很大的影响,本文主要介绍了一起典型拉缸故障,该故障主要由于活塞模具原因导致活塞内腔结构与活塞原始设计结构存在差异引起的,本文用有限元方法具体分析了这种差异对活塞工作时裙部变形量的影响,分析并解决了拉缸故障。

Abstract:Scuffing of engine cylinder bore is a common fault,which has a great influence on the performance of engines.This paper mainly introduces a typical fault of scuffing of cylinder bore,which is mainly caused by the structural difference between the piston chamber and piston original design due to the piston moulds.This paper gives an analysis of the effect of the skirt deformation extent caused by the difference when the piston is running and analyzes and solves the scuffing fault by Finite Element Method.
