摘    要:由于难以对细长轴车削加工误差进行准确的定量分析并采取有效措施进行控制,因此细长轴的车削加工一直以来就是困扰人们的工艺难题。为此,首先通过理论与试验相结合的方法确定细长轴车削尺寸误差的大小,然后采取误差补偿的措施对其进行抑制。切削试验结果表明,该方法可在不改变机床精度的前提下显著提高细长轴的加工精度。

Abstract:Turning slender shaft is always a machining problem due to the fact that both quantitative analysis and control of diameter error are difficult.For this purpose,the diameter error of slender shaft is determined through the combination of theoretical and experimental methods.And then the error is suppressed by using error compensation method.Finally,machining experiments show that this method can significantly improve the size accuracy of slender shaft while the accuracy of machine tool keeps constanthy.
