零齿差内啮合齿轮副变位系数的优化设计

摘    要:介绍了一种适用于潜油螺杆泵采油系统中齿轮联轴节渐开线零齿差内啮合齿轮副变位系数的优化方法.这种方法确定了目标函数,根据零齿差内啮合齿轮副的啮合方程等约束条件求取符合条件的变位系数并可进行重复修改、调整,最终得到满足要求的变位系数.

Abstract:This paper introduces a method of optimal modification coefficient of the involutes internal gear with zero-tooth-difference mechanism which is used in thrust-offset gear coupling designed for submerged-motor-driven screw pump.The objective function is determined firstly.Then according to the tooth profile engaging equation and other constraint conditions,the reasonable set of modification coefficients are gotten,whereas they can be remodified and adjusted.After that the proper modification coefficient can ...
