| 摘 要： | 虚拟企业与知识管理是当今管理学界研究的两大热门问题，而对两者结合起来的研究近年来更是引起了国内外学者的重视。通过对国内外虚拟企业知识管理相关文献的整理，界定了虚拟企业知识管理的内涵，比较系统地对虚拟企业的知识管理流程、知识管理模型和知识管理系统开发进行了综述。并对当前虚拟企业知识管理研究存在的问题作了相应的探讨。在此基础上对虚拟企业知识管理未来的研究方向进行了展望。
