气相色谱法鉴别掺假山茶油定性及定量研究

摘    要:用气相色谱法分析测定山茶油、棕榈油、菜籽油、大豆油、棉籽油脂肪酸组成及含量,获得其脂肪酸组成和含量的正常值。测定模拟掺入棕榈油、菜籽油、大豆油、棉籽油的山茶油脂肪酸组成和含量,根据其特征脂肪酸组成和含量变化,对山茶油中掺入棕榈油、菜籽油、大豆油、棉籽油可作定性及定量分析。

Abstract:By applying the technique of gas chromatography we analyzed and determined the normal value of the composition and amount of fatty acids in camellia oil,palm oil,rapeseed oil,soybean oil,and cottonseed oil.Then by measuring the composition and amount of fatty acids in samples of camellia oil adulterated with either palm oil,rapeseed oil,soybean oil,or cottonseed oil,and evaluating the variations in the composition and amount of characteristic fatty acids with comparison to pure camellia oil,we conducted qua...
