ProCAST在金属型重力铸造模具温度场和应力场分析中的应用

摘    要:为了提高模具的寿命,以金属型重力铸造模具为研究对象,运用有限元分析软件ProCAST对浇注过程中模具的温度场和应力场进行了数值模拟;以此为基础,研究了浇注温度、模具初始预热温度对模具应力场的影响.结果表明降低浇注温度和模具预热温度可以延长模具寿命.

Abstract:In order to improve the life of mould,this paper analyzes the temperature and stress field of mould in metal mould gravity casting with FEM software ProCAST and makes a study of the influences of pouring temperature,mould preheat temperature on mould stress field.The result shows that reducing the pouring and preheat temperature can prolong the life of mould.
