摘    要:温度控制系统直接影响产品的品质,采用模糊控制理论和传统PID控制理论相结合的控制方法,设计出单片机硬件控制电路图和功率输出电路图,使系统具有智能化和灵活性,有自动监测、数据实时采集、处理及控制结果显示等功能,所获控制精度高.

Abstract:The system of controlling temperature affects products' quality directly.This paper uses the control method in which the misty control theories are combined with the traditional PID theories together,to design the single chip microcomputer's control electric circuit diagram and the electric circuit diagram of power output,so that the system is made have the functions of auto-measurement,real time data gathering and processing and display control result.It has high control precision.
