公交车车门开关的模块化设计

在简述了汽车模块化技术的基础上,以模块化产品设计的原理,就公交车车门开关存在的缺陷进行模块化的设计。本项设计可以实现以下功能:1)正常的车门开与关;2)车辆在紧急事故发生时的自动与手动打开;3)延时电路带来的车门关门失效。在以上功能都失灵后乘员也可手动推开车门。设计中将上述功能电路制成模块电路板,同时增加一应急电源和应急气道,大大提高车门的安全性与应急性。
