| Abstract: | Chitosan contains hydroxyl group and amino group in its unit structure,and a special kind of polar polymer could be obtained by introduction of same group.The general structures,physicochemical properties, modification methods and the applications were described.The future development of study on modification of chitosan was proposed. |
