含风电的节能发电调度实用化模型

摘    要:分析了节能发电调度存在的问题,通过引入排放折算系数、脱硫修正因子,从煤耗、排污2个方面综合考虑,设计了新的调度指标;在传统调度模型的基础上,针对风电修正旋转备用约束,引入瞬时爬坡速度约束,建立了含风电的节能发电调度模型,并对模型的目标函数和各种约束进行了实用化处理,引入网损因数来简化网络安全约束,最后建立了考虑风电接入的电力系统调度实用化模型。算例分析表明,实用化处理能极大提高求解速度,具有重要的实际应用价值。
