| 摘 要： | 智能电网规划试点是当前重要工作。智能电网岛屿试验能实现从发电、输变电、用电、调度等环节的综合试验,可以为大规模智能电网的建设提供借鉴。介绍了国内外智能电网岛屿试验的试点发展情况,分析了智能电网孤岛试验的必要性和有利因素,结合我国部分岛屿现状特点,分析了智能电网岛屿试验的方案、步骤和关键问题。提出必须抓住岛屿电网的本质特点和关键因素,加快实施智能电网岛屿试验。
