预先研究在武器装备发展中具有重要的地位。随着武器装备研制需求的不断增加,预先研究已显得十分重要,其研究范围和工作任务也在不断增长。文中针对预先研究对武器装备发展的重要性,结合作者的工作经验和体会对预先研究管理的特点进行了分析和探讨,提出了加强预先研究管理的工作思路。

Study on Method for Enhancing Advance Research Management of Weapon Equipment

Advance research plays an important role in the development of weapon equipment.With the continuous increment of the developing and manufacturing requirements of weapon equipment,advance research becomes very important.As a result,research range and the involved tasks increase gradually.Aiming at the important effects that advance researches have on the development of weapon equipment,the features of managing advance research are analyzed and discussed according to the author′s working experience and the ideas for enhancing the advance research management are also put forward.
